Members can workout whenever they want at home as if you were at LAKO! Videos will be added weekly to ensure new and motivating workouts are available for our clients!
Boxing, strength and conditioning will be our main focus but with some additional areas of fitness thrown in to keep you on your toes!
Trial Digital Membership
Try our free 14 day trial with unlimited access to our videos. After the 14 day trial your account will automatically be billed for $15.00 per month. Members must cancel 1 day before the 14 day trial ends. No refunds or credits.
Digital Membership
Unlimited access to our Boxing, Strenght and Conditioning videos 24/7. A great way to work from home just like if you where at LAKO Boxing. This membership level is $15.00 per month.
