LAKO Boxing Club,

nestled in the vibrant Eagle Rock neighborhood, is a spacious 4,000-square-foot boxing and fitness gym established in 2015. Operating every day of the week, LAKO provides an array of fitness classes guaranteed to elevate your heart rate and keep you returning for more. With offerings for everyone, investing in LAKO today promises to be the most rewarding $159 monthly investment you’ll make.

MEMBERSHIP rates range from $3 to $5 a day, offering unlimited classes and gym access, providing options for those who prefer independent workouts. LAKO Memberships also grant discounted rates for personal training and member discounts on specialty classes such as Self-Defense, Strength & Flexibility, and more.

PERSONAL TRAINING is available in 30-minute and 60-minute sessions. Additionally, we provide Semi-Private Training, allowing you to train alongside a friend or family member. Training packages are available for purchase without requiring membership at LAKO.

Intro to Boxing

INTRO to BOXING (60 mins)
SUNDAYS with coach ILYA 
This technical boxing class is designed for beginners or anyone wishing to revisit the basics. The introductory sessions will instruct you on the correct way to move around a heavy bag and how to strike it without causing injury to yourself. Participants can anticipate burning between 300 to 450 calories during this class.

INTRO to KICKBOXING (60 mins)

SATURDAYS with coach RONNIE
Learn the fundamentals of kickboxing at a pace that’s easy to follow. This class covers the essentials of proper punch and kick techniques, as well as the basics of Muay Thai and kickboxing sparring etiquette. Focusing heavily on partner drills, you’ll spend the majority of the hour engaging with a partner. Expect to burn between 300 to 450 calories during this session.

Our intermediate to advanced boxing classes welcome a more experienced group of participants. These high-intensity sessions are designed to provide a rigorous workout, ensuring a significant calorie burn without compromising on technical skill. Participants can anticipate burning between 400 to 500 calories per class.

BOOTCAMP (60 mins)
Interested in training like a fighter without the combat? Our “fight camp” style bootcamps are crafted to maintain your heart rate at a peak level. By incorporating diverse workout stations, we aim to enhance muscular strength, size, and endurance. In our 1-hour bootcamp sessions, you can anticipate burning around 300 calories, and just over 250 kcal in our 45-minute Friday bootcamp classes.

KIDS’ BOXING (50 mins)

The 50-minute sessions will not only challenge your children but also instill the discipline required to collaborate with peers. Classes typically include light sparring, heavy bag workouts, and fundamental techniques. In each session, your child can anticipate burning a minimum of 200 calories.
